  Employer's Representative in the FIDIC sense, owner's engineering and independent technical project review, for transmission system operators, utilities and public institutions.

  Support to infrastructure programmes financed by international development banks and funding agencies, within their specific requirements. Knowledge of the global grid equipment market: supplier positioning, technology trends, cost structures across regions.
